Pay Range: $20 - $30 / hour

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A HAMILTON LIVE STAFF

  • Greets new parties and cordially welcomes guests to the restaurant.
  • Informs guests of menu choices and makes suggestions.
  • Relays orders to bar and kitchen using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Anticipates guest needs and responds appropriately.
  • Establishes a friendly, professional rapport with guests.
  • Busses tables when meals are completed and prepares tables for the next course.
  • Totals and presents bills, accepts payment, cashes out checks, and makes change.
  • Problem solves guest needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
  • Extends closing greetings to guests, thanking them for their patronage.
