Pay: $26 - $28 / hour
Clyde's Restaurant Group is looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant to support our corporate office located in Georgetown, DC. This role is perfect for an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and proficiency in InDesign.
This 21-hour-per-week role follows a Monday-Wednesday schedule, 9 am-4 pm, with 30-60 minutes of flexibility as needed.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN AN OFFICE ASSISTANT
- Great communicator who exhibits outstanding warmth on both the phone and in-person as this individual will often be the first impression of those contacting our Corporate Office
- Flexible and eager multi-tasker who wants to learn and utilize many different software applications
- We appreciate a great sense of humor - our team works hard but loves to have fun
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Able to multi-task and handle a variety of phone tasks
- Experience in the hospitality industry; love of food
- Possess strong typing skills and be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud / InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN OFFICE ASSISTANT
- Edit and update all restaurant food and beverage menus, both printed and online, and on applicable websites
- Basic graphic design for business cards, promotional collateral, and manuals
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls at the corporate office and Clyde's of Georgetown
- Allow office access, greet visitors, sign for and distribute deliveries
- Fulfill online gift card & merch orders, and take monthly inventory
- Assist with restaurant reservations
- Maintain an orderly and neat office
- Stock beverages, coffee, etc
- Stock paper in all printers and copiers
- Order office supplies and paper
- Purchase office supplies, monitor and maintain inventory
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
- Coordinate with IT department on office equipment
- Maintain and promote professional communication and appearance to set office and company standards
- General administrative work
- Other duties as assigned
